- Violation of these rules may result in banning from using our service

- Singup only one free account per person.
- Uploading copyrighted, pornographic or illegal materials to
freephotoserver.com is strictly prohibited
- Only file types listed in our upload page are allowed to be uploaded to
our servers. Other types or forms of material are prohibited.
- Users are allowed to link to the material uploaded to any auction site,
blogs and forums.
- freephotoserver.com reserves the right to remove any uploaded files and accounts without warnings
- freephotoserver.com collects IP addresses when files are uploaded.
- freephotoserver.com has the right to suspend access to any files for anybody
- freephotoserver.com is not
responsible for any actual and/or potential loss in any kind to users under
any circumstances.
- Membership fee is not refundable. Membership is not transferrable.
- freephotoserver.com is not responsible for service interruption nor down-time.
- Despite certain service is "Unmetered", actual disk quota and bandwidth is limited. Users will be contacted if the disk usage and/or bandwidth usage excceeds 4 times of the average usage of the same account type. Additional bandwitdh or disk space could be purchased. We reserve the right to suspend any account with excessive usage.
